After researching the issue, I found that it was my Razer mouse software providing the in-game overlay causing this. Launch Razer Cortex, select the "Game Booster" tab along the top, then select "In-Game" on the ribbon below the tabs. Update 12/12/2022 [Solved] Thanks for you guys, I am able to enjoy Tarkov at steady 60 fps now. Running smoothly even in borderless. It has been game changing but I still die a lot .
