One would expect better service on an item that is in the $2k range with an ongoing annual subscription commitment. That said, now that it's working, it seems to be doing everything advertised. Once you figure out ball placement; distances, spin rates, launch angle etc. all seem to be close to what I would expect in RL.I got the $99.50 deal last year, and it was expiring this week. I went really big on the recent gigantic site wide sale, so I was hoping to go to Audible Silver while I work through my now enormous backlog.
